Range Information

Why different ranges?
We supply a variety of beads so you are covered for any situation, putting them into ranges, makes it even simpler.
Each range requires different carriage costs due to weight and size, we have grouped them into ranges, to simplify the delivery costs.

I ordered some beads a month ago and received them fine, I went to order some more but they seem to have dissapeared from your site, Why?
Sometimes we run out-of-stock, so we take the out-of-stock beads off the website untill we have been re-stocked. We dont want to mislead our customers by making them pay for our product, then telling them we dont have it.

We understand that when you pay for something, you usually would want it right away, therefore we try our best to maintain healthy stock levels. However, there still might be an occasion where we would run out-of-stock of a bead type. If you're ever unsure of anything, then please give us a call.

General Information

How to store beads
The best way to store beads is on a flat strengthened surface, so they are horizontal. The surface should cover the entire length of the bead or box.
Beads should only be stacked when in cardboard boxes or plastic sheeting. Beads should never be stored vertically for long periods of time.

Do you stock a large amount of beads?
We tend to keep a large stock of beads, however for very large orders, we would ask you contact us 2-3 weeks prior to you ordering, so we can get the stock required if needed.

What beads do you have in your store?
We stock all of the Contract Beads and Expamet range. We stock some Vista products but not all. Contact us via e-mail or phone if you want more information regarding what beads we have available in our store.
